The Arches (formerly a Hotel and wedding venue) consists of 11 rooms each with private en-suite, sleeping up to 24 people. It boasts a spectacular communal area, with exposed beams, open fire place and most strikingly the original line of stone archways, that give the house its name.

Just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Cleveland Way Walk and a base to explore the North Yorkshire coastline. As you approach the farm you will be met with views of the North Sea and the dramatic backdrop of the Hummersea Cliffs.

The property benefits from a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large freezer, 3 fridges and large range cooker.

We really are a hidden gem, totally secluded - the farm and land are surrounded by Hunley Hall Golf Course, an idyllic location for golfers and non-golfers alike, from our driveway you can access plenty of walks for everyone to enjoy, from our doorstep you can walk to the beach within 20 minutes.
